Wow I am finally here! It still alittle amazing that I am here walking the streets in Florence, practicing my Italian, and navigating the streets! The international flying was very interesting. When Amy and I arrived in Paris, we had barely an hour to get our bags, go through customs, and recheck our back and make the flight! To say the least it was bait rushed!
**Funny story though, so going through Paris security was not like in the USA. As many of you know I am planning to run a 10K this April in Florence. Naturally being the prepared runner I am, I packed a water bottle to take around with me and etc.. well I had discovered on the flight, that there was left over soap from the dishwasher and it had caused suds in my water... sad day right?! well I forgot to pour it out, and the Paris security lady did not like it. Through charades, and broken English, she made me pull out a use soda bottle, pour my contents in, and then return the bottle to the trash, all while laughing at me! It was very humorous to say the least.
Since then nothing too exciting has happened, but I will be posting Pics soon of my apartment and surroundings! Today was crazy, so pictures were not high on the priority list. I miss everyone so much so feel free the FB me cuz when I get the chance im on checking it!
